The above charges relate to UK mainland only. For Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands, if your items can be posted by Royal Mail, then the above shipping rates will also apply. However, for heavy or large items sent by courier an additional charge will be made. If you need delivery to these areas and are purchasing large or heavy items, please contact us for shipping costs. We can ship to Europe and beyond, but you will need to contact us by email on enquiries@whitbyanglingsupplies.com for a shipping quotation. RETURNS If you change your mind about the items you have ordered, you can return them to us for alternatives or a refund within 7 days of receipt. Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Any packaging i.e. reel boxes must be in new condition. You will be responsible for return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement shipping.
Please inspect your purchase upon delivery. If you find it to be broken/faulty please contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt of goods. We will advise you how to return the item to us. The item must be returned in an unused condition. BEFORE sending, please email us on enquiries@whitbyanglingsupplies.com with your return request. If the above points have been met we can give you instructions on how to return the item (post offices will not take parcels longer than 90cm for standard postage and we may arrange for a courier to collect the item). We will only refund the basic postage charge.
All of our goods are brand new and direct from the manufacturer. All of our goods have the manufacturer’s warranty and are covered for manufacturing defects. The manufacturer's warranty is for manufacturing defects only and does not cover accidents or mis-use of the item. The warranty does not cover return postage. Manufacturer's do sometimes change the design and colours of products. We only use the photographs supplied to us by the Manufacturer, but please be aware that stock can vary from the catalogue picture. All of our product are genuine.
